We model one of your product lines and you watch your own quote roll out of the system, with your own prices. One-off € 4,900, fully credited against the implementation if you proceed. Two pilot slots per month.
How we think about pricing
- Per company, not per seat. A configurator only works when everyone uses it. We will not charge you per sales rep.
- Unlimited quotes. Quoting more is exactly the point. Success is not taxed.
- Dealers are a multiplier. That is why dealer accounts are generously included, not a revenue model.
- Implementation separate and fixed. After the intake you know exactly where you stand. No hourly surprises.

Why do you not charge per user?
Because a configurator only works when everyone uses it. Sales, back office and dealers. Per-seat pricing discourages exactly the behaviour you want. You pay per company, with generous allowances included.
What does implementation cost?
Implementation (intake, model building, prices, templates, validation and training) is a separate one-off. After the intake you receive a fixed price. The indication for a first product line is 110 to 130 hours. The 4,900 euro pilot is fully credited when you proceed.
Is there a minimum term?
The subscription runs per year, billed annually in advance. Monthly billing is available at a 10% premium. There is no multi-year commitment.
Can we run on-premise?
Yes, in the Scale plan RulePro can run in your own datacenter or on-premise. It runs in containers. The setup does not differ from the cloud version.
What happens to our models if we stop?
The product model is and remains yours. On termination we deliver the model, the price lists and all quotes as an export.
